What material are the planters made of?
Each planter is made in Mexico, in premium PETG — a rigid, stable material that holds up indoors and outdoors; the self-watering models add an insert that doses the water. Durable, precise pieces with a minimalist finish.
What is a collection?
We work in collections: families of models produced by season. The Fénix Collection is the first — design planters with self-watering and direct watering, all in premium PETG. Club members hear about the next one before anyone else.
How does self-watering work?
The self-watering models use a parametric geometry that separates a water reservoir from the root zone: the plant drinks what it needs by capillary action, and the reservoir protects it from overwatering. You top up the reservoir every few days instead of watering daily.
Can I use them indoors and outdoors?
Yes. They're all made in premium PETG, which resists heat and UV: you can use them indoors or outdoors.
What plant size do they fit? Do they have drainage?
They're designed for succulents, cacti, and small to medium plants depending on the model. Models with drainage include a calculated reservoir and outlet; the self-watering ones regulate water through their internal geometry.
How much is shipping and where do you ship?
We ship throughout Mexico. Standard shipping is priced by zone based on your state and is free on orders over $999 (subtotal); in San Luis Potosí, delivery is free. Express shipping is also available (paid). The exact cost is shown at checkout.
Can I return or exchange my planter?
Yes. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days of delivery, with the product unused and in its original packaging.
How do I track my order?
Check the status on the Tracking page with your order number and the email you used to buy. If you have an account, you'll also see it in My account.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track your orders and get early access to each new club collection.
How do I pay? Is it secure?
Payment is processed securely and encrypted. We don't store your card details.
