1. Acceptance
By using this store and making a purchase, you accept these terms.
2. Products and availability
We aim to show real stock, but availability may change. If a product is not available after your purchase, we'll contact you to refund or replace it.
3. Prices and taxes
Prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include VAT (16%). They may change without notice; the applicable price is the one shown at the time of your purchase.
4. Payments
Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment platform. We do not store your card details.Your order is confirmed once the payment is approved.
5. Shipping
We ship throughout Mexico from San Luis Potosí. The cost is calculated by zone based on your state and shown at checkout. Standard shipping is free on orders over $999 (subtotal); in San Luis Potosí, delivery is free. Express shipping always has a cost. Times are estimates and depend on the carrier.
Rates by zone (standard / express):
- Local and Bajío (SLP, Aguascalientes, Guanajuato, Querétaro, Zacatecas): $135 / $175. In SLP, local delivery free.
- Metro and Center (Mexico City, State of Mexico, Jalisco, Nuevo León, Hidalgo, Michoacán, Morelos, Puebla, Tlaxcala): $149 / $195.
- North, Pacific and Gulf (Coahuila, Chihuahua, Durango, Sinaloa, Sonora, Tamaulipas, Colima, Nayarit, Veracruz): $169 / $235.
- Peninsulas and South (Baja California, BCS, Campeche, Chiapas, Guerrero, Oaxaca, Quintana Roo, Tabasco, Yucatán): $189 / $285.
Extended zones: if your postal code is a hard-to-reach area, hamlet, or remote municipality, the carrier applies an extra charge (approx. $150–$199); we contact you before shipping if it applies. Insurance: orders valued over $3,000 may include a goods-insurance charge. Rates assume standard parcel service within the usual weight and volume limits.

7. Intellectual property
The trademarks, designs, photographs, and content on this site are property of TYNAX Club and may not be used without authorization.
8. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for damages arising from misuse of the products, nor for delays attributable to carriers or force majeure.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any consumer dispute, the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO) is competent under applicable law.
